Pilates Flow (55 min)
A smooth flowing class combining breath and Pilates movements.
Emphasis is placed on utilizing the Pilates principles, proper Body Set Up and Visualization. Concentration on breath and body position will develop coordination, flexibility and control while we lengthen, strengthen and tone our bodies. Exercises are fun, challenging and
introspective when done with attention to quality of movement, which
is the essence of Pilates. All levels welcome.
Hoopilates (55 min)
This is a unique specialty class. Pilates principles, mat movements and yoga postures are combined with hoop isolations, breaks/reverses, waist/foot/hand and off body hooping. This class is designed for the intermediate-advanced hooper to provide a fun, structured, cardio and core strengthening challenge. You will build good habits for form and posture in order to take your hoopdancing to the next level.
Group Hoop Coaching (35 min)
This is a 35 minute Q&A hooping class. The focus is to learn a new movement or two and provide ideas for combining movements. What you learn in this class is for you to take home and practice, practice, practice. This is a great class to learn & perfect hoopilates movements.
- To obtain discounted rate, all packages must be Purchased In Full (PIF). Cash or check only.
- All packages have a 3 month expiration date. 20 visit packages have a 6 month expiration date.
- Remember to bring: water, towel, mat and/or hoop to class.
- Wear comfortable, stretchy somewhat form fitting clothing. Footwear is not required unless needed for medical purposes or personal preference.
