Hoopilates- TBA

In this unique class we utilize  Pilates principles, mat movements and yoga postures and combine them with hoop isolations, breaks/reverses, on and off body hooping.  This class is designed to provide a fun, structured, cardio and core strengthening challenge.  You will learn hooping basics and how to integrate a hoola hoop into a total mind-body workout. 

For this class we strongly encourage you bring your own hoop or purchase one.  Your hoop is your 'Partner' and developing a good relationship with your hoop is vital in becoming an awesome hooper.  Spend time practicing and dancing with your hoop everyday.
