Experience Pilates in a 105 degree heated studio! This gorgeous studio features eco-friendly and easy-on-your-bones cork floors! Pilates is designed to re-balance the musculature in the body and develop efficient movement patterns. We slow our movement down in order to increase the challenge by bringing awareness to the muscles in action plus breath. Pilates will emphasize your core activation while working out every side and muscle of your body. It will increase your strength, coordination, and control while lengthening and toning the muscles. Come prepared to listen to off beat, juicy music and leave feeling radiant, rejuvenated, centered and smiling.
Why add the heat?
As you move in the heat you will begin to sweat which helps to remove metabolic waste and detox your body. Increased blood flow supplies nutrients to the brain and floods your body with feel good hormones.
